Monthly contract will not tie you down-easy to rent and move out of. $10 security deposit that you get back upon cleaning out units. clean units, safe area and well lit. they even have a drive through window. They also have mobile storage units that they will move to and from your house and business. You provide your own lock and you are good to go! Very versatile business.
