Room over all wasn't horrible, the experience was actually good until an army of ants woke me up at 2am, which is the reason for the low rating.
They will not answer the phone. My boyfriend is staying there out of town & everytime i call the clerk hangs up on me. VERY PISSED
This hotel is FANTASTIC! My husband and I have been traveling so we've been staying in a lot of hotels (this is our 6th) and this is #1 on our list! It's super clean, updated and looks amazing, the sheets actually look clean (might not mean much but they actually have BLANKETS on the bed!), they have little carts you can bring out to your car to toat your things in, and plenty of space! Going to find a Quality Inn in every city we go to now! If I could give more stars I would!
When I reported the bugs they moved me to a different room that smelled like cigarettes, was noisy and had a sticky carpet. The place was disgusting.
I left before my reservation was over and checked into a Marriott 20 minutes away. After hearing my story they offered me a discount, upgraded room, free food and an apology on behalf of all hotels. Now that is the way hotel service should be.
BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The Quality Inn Manager did not even refund me for my stay after I was covered in bed bug bites and had to throw away many of my belongings that were contaminated with bed bugs. She comped me for one night of the 4 that I stayed in that awful place.
We had a nice stay but one of our group had a room with bedbugs. She had serious bites and staff except or housekeeper seemed indifferent.
