I think that the company is a joke due to the manager they have there. I and my wife came into the office just to inquire about a loan. And a young lady answered all my questions (only when the older lady) wasn’t chiming in. As we continued to ask question the manager just stopped and stared which was rude the young lady on the left side looked as if she was becoming frustrated by managers comments. You would have thought that the young lady was Manager until it was brought to our attention that she was just and car the lady went outside to smoke. She held the door cracked for moment and then closed it. My wife and I hate the smell of smoke nothing against people who do it but it’s unprofessional to have the office smell like that couple of other people came in and was complaining about the smell as well. For a finance company you would think that the manager would step away from the door to smoke instead she sits in a chair and blocks the door blowing smoke right in your face not only is this rude or unprofessional it looks ghetto out of all the years I have never seen that. There are other businesses that are on the strip but they go away from the door or behind building or edge. I am not sure if I want to take our business there bc she is rude and judge mental about everything that you say. I and my wife felt very uncomfortable like we weren’t good enough like we were looked down on. Hometown I have heard a lot of things in reference to Manager there. I guess that the behavior that is shown is ok we may go back only if one of the two lady’s assist us but have to give it some thought. Maybe it’s time for a change
I just have to say that in my time of need this company truly came through for me. Shay is such an amazing person as well as an essential part of Hometown Finance. She always returns my calls efficiently and is always so helpful when I have a question or a concern. Her demeanor is very professional and she presents herself and the company well. She's so friendly and will always put a smile on your face even if you're going through the toughest time!! Thank you Shay for having my back!!

I've used Hometown Finance for several years now and never had a problem with them. Susan and Shay have always been pretty great to deal with. If I ever have issues I let them know before my due date and I never have issues working something out. I would recommend anybody who is needing some extra cash for the holiday or got a little behind on bills to definitely give them a call. I've seen them give several people starter loans when others wouldn't.
