Like we said, if you want to meet new people and talk, the spacious bar and adjoining bar area are great, and if you'd like to have a really good, inexpensive, "NOT fast food" kind of meal, this is your place! AND if you are wondering if your kids would be OK there, it's up to you, but we say YES, and by the way, one of the barmaids was a Grandmother who saw to it that families got exceptional "waited on" treatment.
The food is excellent!!! The wings are out of this world!! The sandwiches are also great!! The service is Great and fast!! I love this place!!

The facility itself, has an open feeling inside. It's not the usual "really to dark" atmosphere. They also have live entertainment, a great dance floor, pool tables and a few electronic game machines, so your're pretty well covered for entertainment.

Really friendly watering hole, in the middle of what..... well, is pretty much a night spot desert! On our 3 trips there, all late afternoon, early evening, we saw many children with parents, having great looking food and a good time. The food, which is served a considerable distance from the bar, (unless you want to eat at the bar) eliminates the obvious conflicts of entertainment. So a Shady's, there's a place for mom and dad and the kids, to enjoy the action and people watch, as well as enjoying GREAT FOOD. You would be hard pressed to find a more varied and delicious menu anywhere around here. All fresh and home cooked in an immaculate kitchen, staffed by EXPERT cooks, who know how to create delicious potato skins, loaded nachos, incredible hamburgers in different sizes and a plethora of other great and healthy meals!
My wife and I have enjoyed ourselves in this really "local" kind of bar and grille, that has a much more "big city" feel with "down home folks" than you would think possible. ENJOY!
